All of our products are handmade custom pet keepsakes, sculptures and personalized memorial gifts. Below is our official shipping policy.
1. Processing & Production Time
All orders are handmade to order, so production times vary by product type:
- Wool felt custom products: Production will be completed within 30-60 calendar days
- Other custom products (clay, resin, ornaments, etc.): Production will be completed within 30 calendar days
Once production is finished, your order will be packed and handed to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship worldwide, with primary delivery to Australia and USA.
- Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 10–20 business days
- Total estimated time from order to door:
- Wool felt custom orders: 40–80 calendar days
- Other custom orders: 40–50 calendar days
Delays may occasionally occur during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or customs inspections. We will notify you by email if significant delays happen.
3. Shipping Fees
We use a flat international shipping rate for all orders:

4. Shipping Notification & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and most regions across Europe.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@mimuart.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
MiMu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or courier first.

8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your case and provide a solution including replacement or partial refund.
